"Steaism, or The Religion of the Stars"

Major: Theatre Arts with a concentration in Directing
Minors: Education and Social Justice, Economics
Sophomore, The Theatre School
Abstract
For our religion final, we were given the task of creating our own religion using the core aspects of religion that we had learned about throughout the quarter. The course also had a heavy emphasis on climate change, so I decided to root my religion heavily in nature. I focused on the main symbols of water, stars, and a harp. Thus, the religion of steaism was born along with its new prophet. I really enjoyed blending my creative and analytic writing skills for this assignment.
